Visiting and enrolling

Visiting and enrolling

Can I come inside the building?

Yes. Parents are welcome inside for drop-off, pickup and tours. If you would like to observe your child's classroom, just let the office know a day ahead.

How do I book a tour?

Tours run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM and last about 30 minutes. Book on our tour page or call (603) 836-9681. There is no obligation and no deposit required to tour.

How does enrollment work?

Five steps: tour the center, complete an application, pay the registration fee, return the paperwork including immunisation records and emergency contacts, and agree a start date. We will tell you exactly where you are in that process at every point.

Do you have a waitlist?

It depends on the age group and the time of year. Infant places are the tightest. Call us with your child's date of birth and the date you need care, and we will tell you honestly what is open and what is not.

Ages, hours and schedules

What ages do you accept?

Do you offer part-time or half-day options?

Yes. We offer full-day and half-day schedules, 2, 3 or 5 days per week, in every program.

What is the difference between daycare, preschool and Pre-K?

Daycare at Wise Owl covers 2 months to 3 years across four age-grouped rooms. Early preschool is 2 to 3 years and teaches a classroom routine. Preschool is 3 to 5 years and adds early literacy and numeracy inside play. Pre-K is for children who turn 4 by December and focuses on kindergarten readiness. All four are at the same center under the same license.

What is your sick-child policy?

Who is allowed to collect my child?

Only an adult on your child's authorised pickup list. We will ask for identification from someone we do not recognize, even if you have told us to expect them.
