Homework first
A quiet space and an adult to ask, before the rest of the afternoon starts. Most children go home with it done.
Somewhere to land at 3 o'clock
The gap between the end of the school day and the end of the working day is a logistics problem, and it is also four hours of your child's life every weekday. We try to make those four hours worth having: homework done before they get home, time outside, and something to build or play that is not a screen.
We take children from 6 to 13, which is older than most centers in Nashua go, so a family with a first-grader and a sixth-grader can use one place.

New Hampshire sets these by age. They are one of the few numbers you can compare directly between centers, so we publish ours instead of describing them as low.

We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Arrival and quiet play, a morning meeting, outside time, lunch, rest and an afternoon project — that is the shape of every day in this room, and the exact times shift with the age group.
We deliberately run tours while children are in the classrooms, so the fastest way to see the day is to come and watch twenty minutes of one.
